$125 per 45-minute session
$150 per 60-minute session
$175 per 90-minute session
Intimate Details, LLC does not accept insurance and is not paneled with any insurance companies. Thus, it is the client’s responsibility to pay for services upfront and file their own insurance claims. You will be provided with a detailed superbill following each session and a monthly statement. Both of these documents can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. It is important to note that a guarantee of benefits by your insurance company, does not always guarantee payment on their part. Please contact your insurance company for additional information and to check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have "Out-of-Network" mental health insurance benefits?
- How much of my out-of-pocket expenses will be covered?
- Where do I mail my claims to?
How long will it take me to get reimbursed?
Payment is expected, in full, at the time of your appointment via cash or Paypal.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
