Return, Refund & Shipping Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item Intimate Details, LLC and Dr. Tiffanie L, Davis Henry will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
All returns must be initiated via our customer support team. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it, meaning: unused, in its original packaging and with the product label(s) still in tack. Customers are responsible for all fees associated with the return unless otherwise notified.
We encourage you to inspect your product as soon as it is received. While we can not take responsibility for how your product is handled while in transit, we will do our best to make sure that you receive the exact product that you ordered, without damage or defect. Should your package arrive in less than optimal condition, please contact our customer support team immediately, so that we can make it right.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
Clearance and Discontinued items are not eligible for a return.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Intimate Details, LLC and Dr. Tiffanie L, Davis Henry will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Our goal is to ship all in stock items within 48-72hrs unless otherwise noted. Customers will receive tracking information as soon as labels have been created and your item has shipped. If it has been greater that 72hrs since your order was placed and you have yet to receive tracking information, please contact our customer support team.
